Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy — Plug & Pixel

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Returns

For eligible non-defective items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.

To request a return, contact us at raathrikus7@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return shipping

If the return is due to an error on our side, such as a defective or incorrect product, we will provide instructions regarding return costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply instead.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
